The authorities said that SEC and CFTC-registered exchanges may list and trade spot commodities goods. Both agencies will work together to provide US traders more trading alternatives.
Since January, the SEC and CFTC have changed their policies, signaling that the US is willing to promote industrial innovation.
CFTC Acting Chairman Caroline D. Pham said, “Today’s joint agency statement is the latest demonstration of our mutual objective of supporting growth and development in these markets, but it will not be the last.

Thunes President and COO Chloe Mayenobe said the cooperation would allow “digital asset companies to deliver seamless, compliant, and accessible cross-border payments at scale.”
Ripple Payments lets people and financial organizations transmit real-time cross-border payments. The platform supports over 55 currencies with 64 current licenses in 90 markets.
A trend reversal below the 50-period support at $2.85 might reduce weekly profits if buyers purchased the latest fall below $2.70. Monday’s $2.70 test and the round-figure demand area near $2.50 are key support objectives.
